Add a cluster

Install the OpenClaw operator on the cluster, create a ServiceAccount bound to the botmaster-api ClusterRole and paste its token with the API server's CA. Credentials are stored encrypted; the probe tells you when the operator is seen. The first cluster becomes the default.
